Full Job Description Overview:
: As a Store Sales Associate Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store. You will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales to achieve store targets.
Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:
Supervise and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support. Schedule and assign tasks to team members, ensuring efficient store operations. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback. Assist in training new sales associates and fostering a positive work environment. 2.
Customer Service:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers, ensuring a personalized shopping experience. Resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and escalate when necessary. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed. 3.
Sales and Target Achievement:
Drive sales by actively engaging with customers and promoting products. Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets. Monitor sales trends and identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with the store manager to develop strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction. 4.
Inventory Management:
Assist in receiving, organizing, and replenishing merchandise. Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in stock management. Ensure accurate pricing and labeling of products.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in retail management is a plus. Proven experience in a retail sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
