What You'll Do Lead and support manufacturing team members in a fast-paced production environment Help create a positive, high-performance team culture Coach employees, solve problems, and help team members grow Support workflow, productivity, quality, and schedule goals Promote safety, organization, and continuous improvement throughout the department Assist with daily production priorities and communication between teams Support Lean Manufacturing and process improvement initiatives Help maintain compliance with

quality standards Ensure employees have the tools, resources, and support needed to succeed What We're Looking For Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment Some leadership, lead, trainer, or supervisory experience (formal or informal) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Positive attitude and ability to work well with others Good organizational skills and attention to detail Basic computer skills Ability to read blueprints/specifications is a plus Desire to continue learning and developing professionally Why Join Accra-Fab?
