You're a leader on the floor, a problem-solver in the moment, and a steady presence for both customers and coworkers. This role is all about connection. You help create a welcoming, well-run store where customers feel taken care of and the team feels supported.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead with positivity, accountability, and respect. Help shape a store culture rooted in teamwork, learning, and good vibes. Support the Store Manager with initiatives that strengthen the store and the broader STŌNR community. Support day-to-day store operations including opening and closing duties. Assist with cash handling, tills, and basic money management. Lead the floor during assigned shifts, making sure customers receive an excellent experience. Step in to support customers and resolve escalated issues calmly and professionally. Delegate daily tasks and support the team in executing SOPs. Provide real-time coaching, feedback, and support to Budtenders. Stay aware of the floor, anticipate customer and store needs, and communicate clearly with the Store Manager and other team members. Conduct store walks and jump in where needed to keep things moving smoothly. Help maintain a clean, safe, and secure store environment. Ensure all LCB and regulatory compliance standards are met. Listen to feedback from customers and teammates and share insights with leadership. Take on other tasks as needed to support the team and store. Retail hours mean flexibility. This role requires availability on evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.

Pay:

$22.00 - $24.00 per hour
