Job Description

Store Manager - 48hrs/week Lead with Purpose. Grow with Family. What You'll Do As Store Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall success of the store, leading both people and performance while creating an exceptional experience for every guest. Leadership & Team Development Lead by example with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and outstanding customer service Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team Create a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement Mentor future leaders and support employee growth and advancement Operations & Performance Drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence Execute company promotions, merchandising plans, and sales initiatives Manage inventory, expenses, labor costs, and store budgets Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures Customer Experience Deliver exceptional service and create loyal customers Resolve guest concerns professionally and effectively Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment Hands-On Leadership Understand and perform all store functions when needed Assist with minor maintenance and facility upkeep Lead from the front and support the team during busy periods What Makes You a Great Fit You are: A proven leader who motivates and inspires others Passionate about customer service and community involvement A strong communicator with excellent people skills Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven Adaptable and comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced environment A problem-solver who remains calm under pressure Committed to integrity, accountability, and doing the right thing Ready to lead by example every day Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand, walk, kneel, and crouch for extended periods Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Ability to perform light maintenance and repair tasks Why Join Lucky Seven?
