SUMMARY:
Beverage Service Manager will be responsible for all operational planning to ensure proper staffing is scheduled and adequate supplies of food, beverage and paper goods are ordered to service all events. All of which ultimately enhances every interaction for our guests and employees; customer service is out top priority for both internal and external guests.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
(REQUIRED
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
) 1. In-depth knowledge and controls of bar/beverage industry. 2. Knows patron profile to tailor programs and promotions. 3. Lifting up to 50 pounds may be required. 4. College degree (or related experience). 5. Minimum of 4 years previous bar/beverage and/or restaurant/club management supervision with large volume operation(s). 6. State Bartending Certificate.
