An Assistant Retail Store Manager provides support to the Manager of a retail store, either an independent business or a store that is part of a large retail chain. May have primary responsibility for hiring and training retail sales staff. Reviews and monitors merchandise sales, inventory and prices, and directs advertising and promotions. Supervises sales, warehouse, cleaning, maintenance and security staff and prepares work schedules. Responsible for resolving customer complaints.

Our mission at Crumbl is to bring together families & friends over a box of the best desserts in the world!
Responsibilities:
Reading and understand recipes Measuring and combining ingredients and using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make cookies Decorating and displaying finished product Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payment, and providing exceptional customer service Keeping records relating to deliveries, inventory, and production levels Taking client information and ensuring that deliveries are fulfilled accurately and on time Cleaning and restocking workstation and ensuring that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift Leading other crew members in executing daily plans and identifying ways to improve operational efficiencies. Reporting to the manager on daily operations and ensuring customer service and product quality. Assisting in running the day to day operations of the store. Benefits Paid Bi-weekly

Flexible Availability Previous Food experience is preferred, but not required. Excellent communication skills. Outstanding ability to lead and take on new responsibilities. Time management skills. Ability to lift 50 lbs. Commitment to providing exceptional service to customers. Valid driver's license, preferred.
