A Key Holder manages the opening and closing of a retail store, either an independent business or a store that is part of a large retail chain. Manages store alarm and surveillance systems, supervises store operations when store management is not on duty, and supervises store cleaning staff. Reviews and monitors merchandise sales, inventory and prices, and assists sales and cashier staff.

Job Description
#1 responsibility is prompt & excellent customer service Duties include but are not limited too: Friendly, professional & knowledgable Slicing Breads to order, packaging and pricing customer purchase correctly and efficiently. Working at a fast pace and in a team environment. Learning about everyday, sale and special items to assist customers in their purchases. The department is open until 7pm. This position will be responsible for closing down the department and prepping it for the morning shift. Maintaining a clean work area and adhering to all food safety guidelines. Using, cleaning and maintaining bakery equipment.
