Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Store Manager to lead our barista team and drive store success. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, manage sales performance, and ensure exceptional customer service. Your leadership will inspire your team to achieve sales targets, maintain inventory accuracy, and uphold the highest standards of store presentation. Responsibilities Lead and motivate the retail sales team to meet and exceed sales goals through effective management, coaching, and training. Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, POS system management, and operational workflows. Manage inventory control by conducting stock audits, overseeing stocking processes, and implementing merchandising strategies to optimize product presentation. Recruit, interview, onboard, and develop team members to build a high-performing retail workforce. Handle employee orientation, training & development initiatives, and manage scheduling to ensure optimal shift coverage. Maintain accurate bookkeeping and payroll records while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Implement pricing strategies, purchasing decisions, and promotional activities aligned with sales management objectives. Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries promptly and resolving issues efficiently. Supervise cashiering activities, cash handling procedures, and POS system operations to guarantee accuracy and security. Monitor store performance metrics regularly to identify opportunities for improvement in sales, operations, or customer satisfaction. Experience Proven managerial experience in retail store management or supervising retail sales teams with a strong track record of achieving sales targets. Demonstrated skills in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, and team leadership. Experience with inventory management systems, POS systems, bookkeeping, payroll processing, and operational management. Familiarity with retail industry sales techniques including merchandising, pricing strategies, and stock control. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
