A Retail Associate Manager assists the manager at a retail store, either an independent business or a store that is part of a large retail chain. Supervises sales associates and retail store operations. Reviews and monitors merchandise sales, inventory and prices, and directs advertising and promotions. May prepare work schedules and hire, train and evaluate sales associates. May supervise warehouse, cleaning, maintenance or security staff. Assists with resolving customer complaints.

Support achievement of store sales goals through exceptional customer service and team execution Ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience in both retail and range environments Maintain merchandising, pricing, promotional, and visual presentation standardsOperations & Store Management:
Responsible for scheduling to align staffing with customer traffic and business needs Responsible for daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and receipts and dispositions Oversee store and range facility standards, staffing, cleanliness, and functionality Ensure proper use of systems including POS, inventory, and scheduling tools Oversee and support range maintenance team operationsPeople Leadership & Development:
Responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and hiring top talent Responsible for onboarding and training of new team members Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance management Help develop associates through goal setting and development plansCompliance & Safety:
