Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and self-directed store manager to join our DH Docks team. As the Hayward store manager, you will facilitate and manage all day-to-day operations at this new location. This is a unique, all-encompassing role within our company responsible for managing front office operations and customer relations, as well as shop and inventory management. As a secondary, and scaled location of our established headquarters in Nisswa, MN, the Hayward store operates as an extension of our brand and with the full support of a fully staffed, remote team. Roles & Responsibilities Operations + Office Management Oversee all daily business operations, ensuring efficiency, organization, and professionalism General administrative functions including, but not limited to answering calls and emails, scheduling, order processing, file management Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance within company procedures Keeping a clean and safe store environment Sales + Customer Service Point of Sale System (POS): processing sales transactions and returns and managing customer data Serve as primary point of contact and brand representative for all customers and dealers, delivering exceptional service Drive sales through relationship building, product knowledge, productive outreach, and community engagement Handle customer and dealer partner inquiries, issues, and follow-ups with a solutions-oriented approach Seasonal event and trade show coordination Warehouse + Inventory Management Oversee the assembly of dock orders and ensure quality and DH Docks standards Fulfillment and procurement of orders Track sales and inventory Maintain a clean, safe and well-organized shop and assembly area Leadership Operate independently and efficiently as the on-site decision-maker while aligning with company goals and objectives Collaborate efficiently and transparently with remote teams (sales + operations) to ensure consistency Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase sales, + optimize workplace operations
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years experiences in business, sales or related management position
Experience:
Sales and customer service / Fork lift operation / Trailers and Towing / Power Tools Required Skills +
Abilities:
Leadership + Management / Strong Communication Skills / Time Management / Self-Motivated / Problem Solver / Familiar with Microsoft 365 applications
  • Must be able to be on feet for extended periods of time
  • Occasional heavy lifting and stacking up to 75lbs
  • Willing to work 40 hr work weeks; working Saturdays during our busy season May -
