Role Summary As our Assistant Manager, you support the Store Manager and management team in the achievement of sales and service goals. You contribute to the store's success through role modeling brand standards, your ability to motivate and influence others, and through your constant drive for and achievement of results. Our Assistant Managers are nimble, can multitask, and are willing to learn new skills that will help you lead the team in a dynamic environment. You embody hospitality, charm, and professionalism.

Partner with the Store Manager to execute strategies that achieve sales, KPI, and company goals while leading by example on the sales floor.
Lead & Develop Talent:
Coach, motivate, and recognize associates to foster accountability, engagement, and a strong performance culture.
Champion Sales & Service:
Promote an elevated customer experience and selling culture while supporting community and store partnerships.
Ensure Operational Excellence:
Uphold visual, merchandising, inventory, and operational standards, executing plans with urgency to meet business needs.
The Perfect Blend:
What We're Looking For Flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays Physical ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time, climb ladders, and lift/carry up to 25 pounds Prior retail sales experience, preferably in a specialty retail environment Desire to develop and grow into future leadership roles.
