Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Store Manager to lead our retail team and drive store success. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain optimal inventory levels. Responsibilities Lead and supervise all store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and merchandising Recruit, interview, train, and develop team members to foster a high-performing retail sales team Oversee payroll processing, bookkeeping, and cash handling procedures to maintain accurate financial records Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions, pricing adjustments, and sales reporting Monitor inventory levels through inventory control practices; coordinate purchasing and stock replenishment to meet customer demand Implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales potential Ensure compliance with safety standards, operational policies, and company guidelines while maintaining a positive work environment Qualifications Strong knowledge of retail industry sales techniques, inventory management, POS systems, and cash handling procedures Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead diverse teams; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus Demonstrated skills in negotiation, purchasing, budgeting, and operational management Experience with employee orientation, training & development programs, and recruiting processes Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash register operations, pricing adjustments, and inventory counts Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting Join us as a Store Manager and become part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences while driving store growth.
