Premier Cooperative is seeking an Energy Location Manager to lead our Mt. Horeb energy operation. This is more than an operations role. We're looking for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, developing employees, growing sales, and helping local farms, businesses, and families succeed. If you're an experienced leader in energy, propane, petroleum, transportation, agriculture, operations, or customer service management, this could be an outstanding opportunity to join a growing cooperative with deep roots in the communities we serve. What You'll Do Lead the daily operations of the Mt. Horeb energy location. Develop and support a team focused on safety, service, and customer satisfaction. Build strong relationships with residential, commercial, and agricultural customers. Drive sales growth for propane, fuels, lubricants, and related services. Manage inventory, scheduling, budgets, and overall location performance. Ensure compliance with company, industry, safety, and regulatory requirements. Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for growth and operational improvements. Serve as a visible leader within the local community. What We're Looking For Leadership experience in energy, propane, petroleum, agriculture, transportation, operations, retail, or a related field. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to lead employees, manage priorities, and solve problems. Customer-focused mindset with a desire to grow business. Financial and operational management experience preferred. Bachelor's degree helpful but not required. Relevant experience is highly valued.
