Job Description
Convenience Store Manager Are you organized and enjoy leading a team? Full-time manager position available at our 404 E. Green Bay St. in Shawano, WI with morning hours and occasional weekends. What's this job? As a Store Manager, you'll oversee the performance of the retail store which include: Manage daily retail operations including inventory and loss prevention, staff scheduling and cash control Promote sales and suggest new products Ensure team members provide exceptional service and complete assigned duties Interview, hire, mentor and educate associates Keep a clean and safe work environment What you need: Successful experience in retail sales Solid leading skills Customer management skills Strong organization skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Experience from other convenient/retail stores is a plus Joining our team provides you with: Free coffee and soda while working Full benefits that include insurance plans, holiday pay, paid time off plus more perks
