Job Description
Seeking a dependable, customer and sales-focused leader to manage our Sun Prairie store. You will be responsible for leading a high-performance team that offers excellent customer service, driving store sales, managing inventory and shipping/receiving flow, organization/cleanliness of store and stock room, merchandising, and forecasting/planning for maximum store/staff performance. Ideal candidate will have retail management and supervisory experience; strong leadership, visionary, organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to handle multiple projects with strong attention to detail; and experience with retail computer systems, Word and Excel. Hardware product knowledge is a plus. Must be able and willing to stand long periods of time, move & handle boxes and fixtures in the store, and work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends and holidays, based on business and staffing needs.
