An Assistant Manager works productively, supervises and trains restaurant Colleagues to ensure they perform their jobs responsibilities, so the restaurant achieves customer satisfaction and profitability during their shift, in a professional manner. They also are responsible for some of the Manager duties when the Manager is off schedule. An Assistant Manager will receive direction and training from the Restaurant Management Team.
