As an Assistant Manager at Natty Oaks, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment. Your diverse responsibilities will encompass scheduling, training, supervising shifts. Collaborating closely with our management team, you'll actively contribute to the planning and execution of events that create memorable experiences for our valued patrons.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exemplary bartending and serving services, setting the standard for customer satisfaction Oversee and manage the overall dining experience, ensuring guests are welcomed and attended to with enthusiasm Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional professionalism and a positive attitude Collaborate with the management team to plan and organize events, ensuring their seamless execution Uphold high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety Address guest inquiries and concerns with grace and promptness
