Professional Openings include: Departmental Assistant Manager Help establish and implement short and long-range objectives for the assigned department, oversee related functions and activities, and administer company policies and procedures. As a Departmental Assistant Manager Must earn certification of 3.0 in first 30 days May train new staff or assist management with this process. Coordinates and oversees the day-to-day workflow of subordinate staff in the Lawn Care Department and Holiday Lighting Department. As requested by the Manager, conducts or assists with performance evaluations that are timely and constructive. Assists the Manager with employment actions, including discipline of employees in accordance with company policy. Will do lawncare and lawn checks in absence of a technician to help keep routes on track for season Other tasks directed by Manager Learn a trade
