Shift Leader

Duties Lead daily store operations during your shift, ensuring smooth execution of all tasks Supervise team members, providing guidance, training, and support to foster a motivated work environment Manage inventory control, including stock replenishment, merchandising, and purchasing to optimize product availability Handle customer service issues with professionalism and enthusiasm to enhance customer satisfaction Oversee cash handling, cashiering duties, and POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately and efficiently Assist with employee orientation, interviewing potential candidates, and participating in recruiting efforts Maintain organized records of sales, payroll, bookkeeping, and store documentation Support marketing initiatives and promotional activities to boost sales performance Ensure compliance with safety policies, store procedures, and company standards at all times Skills Strong leadership and team management abilities with supervising experience in retail or similar environments Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers Proficiency in retail math for pricing, sales management, budgeting, and inventory control Skilled in negotiation, purchasing, and merchandising to maximize store profitability Experience with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail sales techniques Knowledge of employee orientation, training & development practices to build effective teams Organizational skills for managing stock levels, inventory audits, and store cleanliness Ability to multitask efficiently with time management skills in a fast-paced setting Familiarity with wireless sales or grocery store operations is advantageous Demonstrated ability to handle customer inquiries professionally using phone etiquette and excellent customer service skills Join us as a Shift Leader and become an integral part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional shopping experiences!
