Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and responsible Key Holder to join our retail team! As a Key Holder, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth store operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading by example in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Open and close the store securely, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately Assist with inventory management, including stocking, merchandising, and inventory control to optimize sales opportunities Supervise daily store operations, including cash handling, POS system management, and sales transactions Lead and motivate retail sales teams through effective training, coaching, and performance management Support recruiting efforts by participating in interviewing and onboarding new team members Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction Enforce store policies related to safety, security, and loss prevention Qualifications Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles within the retail industry with supervising experience preferred Strong knowledge of retail sales techniques, inventory management, POS systems, and cash handling procedures Excellent communication skills Demonstrated ability in negotiation, team management, training & development, and operational oversight Basic math skills for cash reconciliation, pricing adjustments, and inventory calculation Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your leadership can make a real difference!
