Responsibilities Lead and supervise all store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory control, and staff management. Recruit, interview, train, and develop team members to ensure high performance and engagement. Manage payroll, scheduling, and employee orientation to maintain operational efficiency. Oversee purchasing, pricing strategies, merchandising, and stock replenishment to maximize sales potential. Implement effective marketing initiatives to promote store offerings and increase foot traffic. Maintain accurate bookkeeping, cash handling procedures, and POS (Point of Sale) system operations. Monitor inventory levels through regular audits and manage stock rotation to prevent shrinkage. Ensure compliance with safety standards, store policies, and operational procedures at all times. Skills Proven experience in retail management or store supervision within the retail industry sales team management environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team. Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued. Proficiency in inventory management systems, POS technology, and retail math for accurate sales tracking and reporting. Skilled in negotiation, purchasing, pricing strategies, and budgeting to optimize profitability. Demonstrated ability in employee orientation, training & development, interviewing, and recruiting processes. Adept at managing operational tasks such as cash handling, bookkeeping, payroll processing, and stock control. Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail in merchandising and store presentation. Experience in marketing initiatives aimed at increasing store visibility and customer engagement. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
