Serves as a primary point of contact for customers while coordinating sales, order management, customer service, and internal operations to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and business growth. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, complaints, correspondence, quotes, order entry, order adjustments, and expedited requests. Conduct daily cold calls and proactive sales outreach to identify new business opportunities, introduce products, generate qualified leads, and develop new customer accounts. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through timely, professional communication via phone, email, and internal systems. Develop new business through prospecting, followup, networking, relationship building, and account development while maintaining and growing existing customer accounts. Respond to and resolve customer concerns efficiently, escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary. Provide accurate order status updates, pricing, product information, and account support using internal systems. Prepare customer quotes and provide product recommendations based on customer requirements, specifications, and business needs. Coordinate closely with production, logistics, and other internal teams to ensure orders are accurate, delivered on time, and customer expectations are met. Follow up consistently with prospects and customers to identify additional sales opportunities, understand changing needs, and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate customer account information, pricing, orders, correspondence, and documentation with a high level of attention to detail. Prepare monthly sales and customer service reports for upper management, providing information on sales activity, customer accounts, and business development efforts. Manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment while working independently and demonstrating strong initiative, organization, time management, and problemsolving skills. Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (associate/bachelor's degree preferred). Proven experience in customer service or administrative support. Proficiency in MS Office Strong organizational and phone communication skills
