As a Sales Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for customers booking flights, resolving queries, and promoting our services." Responsibilities Handle ticket bookings, cancellations, and modifications Provide fare quotes and explain airline policies Promote airline services and upsell travel products Maintain accurate records and manage customer data Coordinate with airport and operations teams when needed Qualifications Experience in sales or customer service Strong communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Office, Outlook and etc..)

Preferred:

Multilingual abilities Prior experience in the travel or aviation industry Familiarity with airline reservation systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) Benefits Hourly rate is between $21.34 and $25.61, income is calculated based on the hours worked multiplied by the hourly rate 401K, the Company will match min of 2% up to 3% of your regular income Health and Dental insurance, the Company offers PPO Paid time off Area allowance of $200 per month
