We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Support specialist to assist our sales team in Phoenix. This role is the critical bridge between our Sales department and Operations, ensuring that quotes are accurate, RFQs are handled promptly, and customer expectations are met with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage freight quotes and handle complex RFQ (Request for Quotation) processes. Act as the primary liaison between the Sales team and the Operations department to ensure service delivery. Maintain accurate records of customer rates and service agreements in the CRM. Coordinate with overseas offices/agents for international routing and pricing. Support the sales team in preparing presentations and contract documentation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred. 3+ years of experience in logistics support or customer service within the freight forwarding, e-commerce or logistics industry. Proficiency in Excel and CRM systems (experience with logistics SaaS is a plus). Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
