We are seeking a to join our team as an AT&T Sales Agent . This role focuses on customer outreach and sales by delivering professional interactions, representing the AT&T brand, and supporting company objectives. This position is well-suited for someone beginning a career in sales who is interested in developing product knowledge, communication skills, and customer service experience. What does a typical day as an AT&T Sales Agent look like? Identify potential customers and discuss wireless service options in a residential setting Follow up with customers and deliver sales presentations based on individual needs Participate in ongoing training to stay current on product offerings, pricing, and promotions Customize sales approaches to support customer satisfaction and retention Collaborate with team members to share strategies and meet sales goals Provide customer support throughout the sales process, including answering questions and handling customer information in a professional manner
Qualifications:
