Full Job Description Core Responsibilities Customer Service & Sales:

Greet shoppers, recommend accessories, upsell promotions, and hit store sales goals.

Ear Piercing:

Complete training to safely perform ear piercings, manage aftercare education, and keep a sterile environment.

Visual Merchandising:

Restock shelves, process incoming deliveries, and maintain clean, engaging displays.

Cash Register Operations:

Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for purchases and returns.

Qualifications & Requirements Age:

Generally hire applicants starting at age 16 (though minimum age policies can vary by local labor laws).

Skills:

Strong verbal communication, basic math skills, and an interest in fashion trends.

Physical:

Comfortable standing for long periods and performing light lifting or bending.

Main Responsibilities Sales and Customer Service:

Greet shoppers, help them select accessories, promote current deals, and upsell products.

Ear Piercing:

Complete company-provided training to safely perform ear piercings, maintain a sterile environment, and guide customers on aftercare.

Store Operations:

Teamwork:
