Our products are focused on baseball, softball, soccer, volleyball, football and more. We are looking for a qualified and motivated product support specialist that has a good sporting goods background as well as great customer support experience.
Responsibilities:
Inbound phone/email support: assisting calls/emails on product setup, missing parts, rma's, warranties, and general customer support inquiries Creating RMA/warranty tracking support tickets and processing outbound parts shipments Order sales support Inventory management Data entry
Qualifications:
Experience using Microsoft office products: outlook, excel, word, ups shipping software Proficient computer knowledge, phone etiquette skills, Sports minded, past experience with baseball or softball Advancement opportunities available Medical Benefits and Vacation pay
