AT&T Assistant

Everett Management, an authorized dealer for AT&T, is currently hiring a friendly, driven, and professional AT&T Assistant to join our growing team. This is a full-time, in-person, residential sales role where you'll work directly with customers in their communities, presenting and selling AT&T products and services. As an AT&T Assistant, you'll take an active role in the sales process, engaging with residential customers, identifying their needs, and helping them enroll in the best AT&T solutions. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys in-person interactions, is confident communicating with customers, and is looking to build a long-term career in sales. AT&T Assistant:

Work in-person with residential customers to present and sell AT&T products and services Identify customer needs and recommend the best wireless and service solutions Guide customers through the enrollment and activation process Provide a professional, friendly, and confident sales experience Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals Participate in ongoing training to develop sales techniques and product knowledge What We're Looking For in an

Strong communication and interpersonal skills A positive, outgoing, and results-driven attitude Comfort working in an in-person, residential sales environment Coachable, motivated, and eager to grow Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
