Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Support specialist to join our team. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone with a strong customer service mindset and hands-on experience supporting sales activity from initial inquiry through post-sale follow-up. The role focuses on coordinating order processing, assisting with inbound and outbound customer interactions, and helping the sales team deliver a responsive and organized client experience.
Responsibilities:
Support daily sales operations by handling customer inquiries, preparing information for the sales team, and ensuring timely follow-up on open requests.
Process customer orders accurately, reviewing details carefully and entering information into internal systems with a high level of precision.
Provide post-sale assistance by addressing order-related questions, resolving routine issues, and coordinating updates with customers as needed.
Manage inbound communication from clients and prospects, offering prompt responses and directing requests to the appropriate internal contacts.
Conduct outbound outreach to customers when follow-up is needed for orders, documentation, scheduling, or general account support.
Partner closely with sales representatives to maintain organized account information, track activity, and help move opportunities through the sales process.
Monitor order status and communicate changes, delays, or fulfillment updates to customers and internal stakeholders in a thorough manner.
