Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Support specialist to join our team. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone with a strong customer service mindset and hands-on experience supporting sales activity from initial inquiry through post-sale follow-up. The role focuses on coordinating order processing, assisting with inbound and outbound customer interactions, and helping the sales team deliver a responsive and organized client experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Support daily sales operations by handling customer inquiries, preparing information for the sales team, and ensuring timely follow-up on open requests.
  • Process customer orders accurately, reviewing details carefully and entering information into internal systems with a high level of precision.
  • Provide post-sale assistance by addressing order-related questions, resolving routine issues, and coordinating updates with customers as needed.
  • Manage inbound communication from clients and prospects, offering prompt responses and directing requests to the appropriate internal contacts.
  • Conduct outbound outreach to customers when follow-up is needed for orders, documentation, scheduling, or general account support.
  • Partner closely with sales representatives to maintain organized account information, track activity, and help move opportunities through the sales process.
  • Monitor order status and communicate changes, delays, or fulfillment updates to customers and internal stakeholders in a thorough manner.
