As a Legal Sales Agent, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining relationships with both new leads and existing clients. This includes identifying potential leads, presenting tailored advertising solutions, and creating strategic proposals that align with clients' unique needs. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in sales, a deep understanding of the legal sector, and a proven ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Relationship Building:
Proactively identify and engage new business leads within the legal sector, ensuring the development of strong, long-lasting relationships with both new and existing clients. Communication with
Legal Staff:
Coordinate with legal staff and departments to ensure a thorough understanding of client needs and to deliver tailored solutions effectively. Attention to
Detail:
Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of the sales process, from proposal creation to client communication, ensuring accuracy and quality at every stage.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, preferably in a legal or professional services environment. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex legal advertising services to clients. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools; experience with legal-specific CRM systems is a plus. (CLIO GROW is used) A self-starter with a strong sense of initiative, able to manage a high volume of client interactions and opportunities. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of the legal industry or advertising services in the legal sector is highly desirable.
