Full Job Description Operations & Technical Support Assistant Location:
Long Beach, CA We're looking for a dependable team member to help with dash cameras, GPS trackers, and office support tasks .
Responsibilities:
Follow up with clients on dash cam & tracker installations Assist with basic troubleshooting and device support Help coordinate installations, replacements, and inventory Printing, packaging, labeling, and shipping devices. Occasional Warehouse duties.
Reception duties:
answering phones, greeting visitors, basic clerical work
Qualifications:
Comfortable with basic technology and devices Organized, reliable, and good with follow-ups Strong communication skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) Required. Experience with dash cams, trackers, or office support is a plus, but not required.
Pay:
$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
