Description Sales Administrative Assistant -
Long Beach Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrative Assistant to support a dynamic sales team in Long Beach. This role is critical to ensuring efficient day-to-day operations for the sales department, maintaining strong customer relationships, and supporting sales growth through exceptional administrative and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including preparing proposals, contracts, quotes, and customer documentation. + Process sales orders, schedule deliveries, and track sales activity in the CRM and inventory systems. + Act as a first point of contact for customers, responding promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in person. + Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports; prepare regular sales and pipeline updates for management review. + Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, client appointments, and follow-ups. + Assist in organizing sales events, trade shows, and customer appreciation initiatives. + Support the onboarding of new sales clients, including document collection, data entry, and coordination with internal departments (finance, service, logistics). + Monitor and reorder sales materials, promotional items, and office supplies. + Perform other administrative duties as assigned to ensure smooth sales operations.
Requirements Qualifications:
+ Previous experience in a sales administrative or sales support role preferred, ideally within automotive or related industries. + Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with CRM systems required. + Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; excellent attention to detail. + Professional communication skills (verbal and written) and a customer-focused attitude. + Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. + High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
