Job Description
Sales Administrative Assistant -
Process sales orders, schedule deliveries, and track sales activity in the CRM and inventory systems.
Act as a first point of contact for customers, responding promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports; prepare regular sales and pipeline updates for management review.
Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, client appointments, and follow-ups.
Assist in organizing sales events, trade shows, and customer appreciation initiatives.
Support the onboarding of new sales clients, including document collection, data entry, and coordination with internal departments (finance, service, logistics).Monitor and reorder sales materials, promotional items, and office supplies.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned to ensure smooth sales operations.
