This position requires multitasking abilities and attention to detail. Responsibilities The Sales Administrative Assistant supports the sales process, customer service, and basic accounting functions. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced wholesale environment.

• Assist with sales, order processing and follow-ups
• Support general office tasks as needed
• Respond to customer inquiries
• Assist with invoice reconciliation
• Load new items on website as needed 1-3 years administrative, sales support, or customer service experience Strong attention to detail and organization Good Excel / Google Sheets skills Professional email and phone communication Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Experience in wholesale, apparel, or e-commerce Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
