Entry Level Assistant Manager

Rise Advisory is a growing sales and marketing consulting firm representing AT&T wireless and telecom solutions. We are looking for a motivated Entry Level Assistant Manager to support our business-to-business campaigns in the Santa Clara, CA area. In this Entry Level Assistant Manager role, you will engage directly with business clients in your assigned territories to promote AT&T and telecom wireless services. You will gain hands-on experience working with business clients while developing leadership skills and contribute meaningfully to achieve our sales goals. This position is a hands-on field-based position which couples direct B2B sales with team development in a fast-paced, face-to-face environment.

Entry Level Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

Meet with businesses directly, face-to-face to prompt AT&T wireless and telecom solutions in your assigned territories Build professional relationships with business owners and decision makers to identify their service needs and recommend solutions that best fit their business needs Support your fellow Entry Level Assistant Manager team dedicated for B2B outreach and sales performance Assist with closing sales and completing business client enrollments and ensuring all agreements are accurately signed Accurately document and track outreach, sales and client activities to track outreach performance Track daily sales activity and contribute to individual and team target Work closely with leadership to enhance team performance and client satisfaction Represent Rise Advisory professionally and ethically in all interactions with clients What you will gain as an
