Job Description
Job Summary We are a fast-growing food wholesaler serving foodservice and food manufacturing businesses throughout U.S. We are seeking a few motivated Sales Assistants who are passionate about business development, customer relationships, and helping drive sales growth. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new sales leads through research, prospecting, and outbound outreach Contact potential customers mainly by phone and email, and in-person visits Support the sales team in acquiring new accounts and expanding market presence Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers Follow up on inquiries, quotes, and sales opportunities Maintain accurate customer and prospect records in sales databases Assist with sales presentations, promotions, and customer communications Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities Qualifications Previous sales, customer service, or business development experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a positive, goal-oriented attitude Comfortable making outbound calls and developing new business relationships Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic CRM systems Bilingual preferred College degree preferred
