Job Description

The Business Development Center (BDC) Sales Agent Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $16.90 and $17.50. The following description of duties is listed below and not limited to the following:

Sales:

Field Internet Leads to cover Sales of their off days
Assist on Overdue Internet, Showroom and Phone tasks
Check open box leads. Up-date and close out lead as needed
Research competitive websites, You Tube and social media for "How To" Videos
Film 30 second spots for our Facebook and Instagram
Film 30 to 1 minute "How To" videos to add to our website and website
Film Intro Videos for New Staff for Eleads
