You don't need to have prior experience in our industry; you just need to be ABLE, ready, and willing to work hard! Responsibilities Provide complex live demos and customer walkthroughs. Respond promptly to customer software integration inquiries via phone, chat, and email. Generate and send quotes to prospective customers. Process new orders and ensure accurate order entry. Manage customer subscriptions, billing inquiries, and account changes. Assist customers with software integration questions and requirements. Handle inbound sales calls and identify customer needs. Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for the sales team. Route calls and inquiries to the appropriate departments. Support VIP customers and maintain strong customer relationships. Answer basic product and technical questions, developing deeper product knowledge over time. Assist the Director of Sales and sales team with administrative and customer-facing tasks. Collaborate with Customer Support to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction. Gather customer feedback and suggest product and user interface improvements. Document requirements for product enhancements and updates. Participate in testing new software releases and evaluating new equipment. Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation. Contribute to sales growth by ensuring customers receive timely and effective assistance. Adapt to a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and tasks. Requirements Bilingual skills, Spanish. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills A positive attitude, exceptional work ethic, and a willingness to learn Computer literacy, organization skills, follow-up skills, typing skills Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information A customer service or clerical background is helpful, but not necessary, we will train you. Pluses (Not Required) Prior experience in a busy work environment.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 40 hours a week. We have different shifts available starting from 5AM to 1PM and 9AM to 5:30 PM. Applicants need to be flexible for coverage. 30 minutes lunch.
Pay:
$28.00 - $32.00 per hour
