Currently our client Japanese manufacturing Company is looking for a Japanese bilingual Sales Assistant. 【Location】Santa Ana, CA 【Position】 Japanese Bilingual Sales Assistant /Marketing Assistant 【Compensation】$20-25 / Hr 【Hiring Style】Direct hiring,
Full-time Job Duties:
  • Research the market trends
  • Analyze the data and create reports from data input by the Excel
  • Support Sales team by using the data and report
  • Prepares invoices and shipping documents.
  • Receives and records payments from customers.
  • Sends monthly statements to customers.
  • Miscellaneous Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of office working experiences as sales assistant, administration, or marketing Assistant
  • Strong Skills in Microsoft Excel preferred
  • English and Japanese bilingual
Speaking MUST Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
