Sales Agent

Apex Strategy Partners is growing and looking to add a motivated Sales Agent to support wireless service initiatives in the Woodland Hills area. In this Sales Agent role, you will engage directly with customers, introduce mobile service options, and guide customers through a seamless enrollment process. As an Sales Agent, you'll take a customer-focused approach meeting with individuals in person, understanding their communication needs, and recommending solutions that align with their lifestyle. Our Sales Agents will play a key role in delivering a straightforward, informative experience that builds trust and long-term customer relationships.

Sales Agent Responsibilities:

Conduct in-person outreach to connect with local customers and present wireless service options in a clear, engaging way Identify customer needs and recommend suitable mobile plans and devices Educate customers on product features, benefits, and available upgrades Accurately complete and document enrollments and daily activity Maintain a professional, service-oriented approach that encourages customer retention

Sales Agent Qualifications:

Background in sales, customer service, or retail is preferred but not required Strong interpersonal and communication skills Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new products, services, and industry trends
