Job Description

Summary Our company is looking a Office and Sales assistant who is detail oriented and quick learning. This individual must have basic computer knowledge and understand how to navigate an ERP system. Knowledge of Spanish or Greek a plus!
Job Duties include:
Answering Phones:
Directing all incoming calls; taking messages
Invoicing:
Create invoices accurately and timely
Filing:
Manage files, invoices, customer accounts and licensing Collecting orders from customers: Daily calls to customers or via email, fax or
PO Emails:
Corresponding with customers, confirming POs and customer inventory inquires.
Front office sales:
Assisting customers who come in to purchase retail items, processing payment and documentation of sale.
Assisting sales team and office:
Helping anywhere needed to expand on company growth.
Pay:
$17.00 - $23.00 per hour
