The Entry-Level Assistant Manager will also partner with businesses, offering guidance on fiber internet, VoIP, and business wireless plans. The Entry-Level Assistant Manager's honest approach will help business customers with their connectivity choices, building strong account relationships that last. As an Entry-Level Assistant Manager, you'll start with sales training in AT&T Business Fiber, VoIP, and wireless offerings, mastering enrollment and account management protocols. The Entry-Level Assistant Manager will then engage businesses in person, nurture sales relationships, and guide account decisions with transparent, approachable sales expertise. Core Functions of the Entry-Level Assistant Manager Connect with San Diego businesses through on‑site visits that assess connectivity needs and introduce AT&T Business solutions. Manage the full account lifecycle, ensuring clients receive ongoing support, service adjustments, and renewal guidance. Grow your portfolio by spotting sales opportunities within existing accounts and recommending AT&T Business enhancements. Partner with sales teams to ensure smooth onboarding, accurate documentation, and timely service activation. Lead quarterly check‑ins to demonstrate AT&T Business value and identify future connectivity needs. Balance aggressive sales targets with consistent account satisfaction and retention. Education & Experience Needed for the Entry-Level Assistant Manager High school diploma or GED preferred. Experience in B2B account support or sales is a plus.
