This Entry Level AT&T Assistant position will involve directly working with businesses and customers to introduce services, answer questions, and drive new enrollments. In this Entry Level AT&T Assistant role, you will work directly with customers and business owners helping them understand AT&T products and services and recommend the best solutions for them. You'll focus on building relationships, answering questions, and guiding customers through the enrollment process while delivering a strong overall experience. As an Entry Level AT&T Assistant you will also develop knowledge of AT&T's internet and wireless solutions, using that understanding to support daily sales efforts and recommend the best options for each customer.
