This position focuses primarily on sales, with additional responsibilities in marketing and administrative support. JOB SUMMARY
The Sales Assistant will play a vital role in driving revenue growth by providing direct support to our sales team, assisting with customer inquiries, managing quotes, and supporting marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships, supporting lead generation, and assisting in the execution of marketing campaigns. Additionally, you will help with some administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESl Sales Support (70%)
Customer Relationship Management:
Provide excellent customer service, and follow up with potential clients and business opportunities both on-site and online to ensure high conversion rates.
Sales Coordination:
Assist in preparing and processing quotes, proposals, and orders. Ensure timely communication between customers, sales, and production teams.
Sales Pipeline Management:
Help manage the sales pipeline by tracking opportunities, updating CRM systems, and ensuring follow-up activities are completed.
Client Meetings:
Assist the sales team with scheduling client meetings and providing necessary materials for presentations and demos.
Work Report Writing:
Track sales performance metrics and assist in preparing reports to provide data support and decision-making insights for management.
Documentation:
Assist with managing customer contracts, invoices, and other necessary documentation to ensure smooth operations. l Marketing Support (30%)
Marketing Campaigns:
Assist with the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote products, events, and sales initiatives.
Content Creation:
Help create marketing materials such as brochures, social media posts, email newsletters, and other promotional content.
Market Research:
Support research efforts to identify market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs.
Event Support:
Assist in organizing and promoting company participation in industry events, trade shows, or client visits.
QUALIFICATIONS

Education:
High School diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred (especially in Business, Marketing, or a related field). l
Experience:
At least 1 year of experience in sales support, customer service, or marketing roles. SKILLS
- Strong sales and customer service skills with the ability to engage with clients and close deals.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles and experience with digital marketing tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- A proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
