Your responsibilities include:

Represent AT&T products and services to customers, providing clear and engaging explanations of offerings while delivering exceptional customer support that reflects our commitment to quality. As an AT&T Sales Assistant, you will assist customers with inquiries, service requests, and troubleshooting to ensure satisfaction and loyalty, treating every interaction as an opportunity to elevate customer support standards. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AT&T promotions, plans, and features to accurately inform customers, ensuring customer support is both knowledgeable and reliable. Support account managers by updating customer information, processing service changes, and ensuring accurate documentation, contributing to a seamless customer support experience. As an AT&T Sales Assistant, you will build strong relationships with customers by delivering friendly, professional service and follow-up support, reinforcing the importance of consistent customer support in driving long-term success. Help promote AT&T products and services, providing customers with information on new offerings and assisting with upgrades. Work alongside account managers and team members to achieve campaign objectives and deliver excellent customer support experience. Here's What We Need in an AT&T Sales Assistant High school diploma or equivalent required; college experience is a plus. Prior Experience in Sales, Marketing and customer service is an advantage for this AT&T Sales Assistant position Ability to clearly and professionally communicate with customers and team members. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality customer experiences Resourceful and proactive in resolving customer concerns.
