Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services that meet their needs Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding and interest Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for transactions including cash handling and credit card payments Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction Maintain attractive merchandise displays through merchandising and stocking activities Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive shopping experience Follow proper phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting customers remotely Experience Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a customer-focused attitude are essential Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership skills in guiding team members or managing store operations Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and basic math skills for handling transactions accurately Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively Strong communication skills to engage confidently with customers and team members Experience with grocery store environments or similar retail settings is advantageous but not mandatory Knowledge of merchandising, stock management, and upselling techniques will help you excel in this role

Pay:
