Full-Time | High-Performance Mortgage Team We are a fast-growing, high-producing mortgage team looking to hire a Sales Assistant to own the front-end of the loan process. This role is critical to our success. The SA is responsible for converting inbound leads into fully documented, underwriting-ready loan files and issuing strong, accurate pre-approvals. As a Sales Assistant you will: Contact new mortgage leads same day / within 24 hours Complete borrower interviews and full 1003 applications Pull credit and review income, assets, and liabilities Send and follow up on document checklists Calculate income (W-2, bonus, OT, self-employed) Run AUS (DU/LP) and structure loan programs Prepare and issue pre-approval letters Maintain communication with borrowers and agents Update

Requirements:
1+ year mortgage experience (LOA, Jr. Processor or similar) Strong attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability and willingness to provide an abundance of communication and customer service via telephone and email Why Join Us?
