We work with detail-oriented clients and deliver a professional, organized experience from first contact through project completion. Role Overview We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our sales team with client communication, follow-ups, and organization of project information. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized and enjoys working with people, or someone interested in interior design, drafting, or sales who wants to gain hands-on experience in the remodeling industry. Key Responsibilities Sales Support Help prepare estimates and proposals Organize project details, selections, and notes Double-check information to make sure everything is accurate before it's sent to clients Make sure all selections and details are complete before moving forward Keep project files organized and up to date Client Communication Follow up with leads and clients by call, text, and email Respond in a clear and professional way Help guide clients through next steps like scheduling and selections Communicate updates as needed without overpromising Lead Management Track incoming leads and make sure no one is missed Schedule and confirm appointments Keep notes on client conversations What We're Looking For Strong communication skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Proactive and reliable Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Interest in design, construction, or sales is a plus Additional Notes This role requires consistent follow-up and attention to detail.
