Your attention to detail will ensure our model homes are a great presentation of our product, your energy will help support our Sales Consultant Team from model supplies to competitive shopping and sales administration functions. Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct regular prospecting and appointment setting activities
- Monitor model home appearance for customer presentation standards
- Ensure adequate supply of sales materials are on hand at model
- Demonstrate model home and present community/floorplan features to customers
