Job Description
Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team in Fort Myers, Florida. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a key role in supporting sales operations within the manufacturing industry, ensuring smooth workflows and excellent customer service. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, a keen attention to detail, and a proactive approach to administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Regional Operations Manager to ensure seamless account management.
- Manage high-volume accounts while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Perform data entry and process customer orders with precision.
- Execute a variety of administrative tasks to support the sales team.
- Assist with inside sales activities, including customer inquiries and order follow-ups.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of the company's logistics and operational processes.
- Deliver exceptional service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally.
- Ensure all documentation and records are up-to-date and organized.
- Coordinate with other departments to optimize workflow and resolve issues effectively. Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in inside and inbound sales processes.
- Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy.
- Familiarity with Acumatica or similar ERP systems.
- Competence in using Microsoft Office Suite for daily tasks.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
